Festival delivery and service hours
Sorting and delivery hours change over the festival period; support hours stay the same. Please order early.
Volumes rise sharply during the festival, so we have adjusted sorting and delivery to keep everything fresh:
- Three days before: order by 18:00 for next-day delivery
- Festival day: no deliveries, support still online
- First day after: normal lead times resume
Please order 1–2 days ahead and use the order note field for any delivery instructions.
