Our new cold-chain hub is now live
A new 3,200 sqm sorting hub raises daily capacity to 80,000 items and widens same-day delivery across KL and Selangor.
This month we opened our cold-chain sorting hub in Shah Alam: 3,200 sqm with a 0–4℃ chilled room, a 12℃ produce room and a dedicated seafood line. Daily capacity is now 80,000 items.
What it means for you
- Same-day coverage across KL and Selangor expands by roughly 40%
- Leafy greens reach the outbound dock about 3 hours faster
- A separate seafood line keeps flavours from mixing
All fresh categories will move to the new hub over the next two months; any delivery-time changes will be announced here first.
